66D NON-TEX ROLL®

1. Non-tex roll material

We provide a variety of non-tex materials to meet customer's requirements.
Please do not hesitate to consult us when selecting the material.

2. Absorbtion/Expellant effect of non-woven material

The porous nature of the non-woven material allows rolls to be flexible,
thereby our rolls have an excellent absorbtion/expellant effect.
*Similar to how a sponge absorbs the water.

3. Crowning

To increase the squeezing effect, roll needs to be crowned, depending on the deflection caused by linear pressure.
*Please do not hesitate to consult us about roll crown specifications.

Acron test for abrasion resistance

We conducted an Acron test to measure abrasion resistance of non-tex rolls.
It is measured according to JIS K6264 with an Acron-type abrasion tester.

Our standard material.  High bend recovery.  Good for wiping and cleaning.
Polypropylene :
Stiff bristles.  Good for descaling, but the end of the bristles are more easily torn.
